Directions
From Dublin
- Take the M7 to Limerick
- Get off at exit 28 and follow directions below if you are coming from Cork/Clare/ Galway/Tipperary/Kerry
- Take the Limerick Road, and stay on the motorway following signs for Dublin
- Get off at Exit 28 and follow directions below:
- Take the Annacotty/Castletroy Exit (Exit 28) from the Motorway.
- Take Dublin Road R445 towards the city as far as the Kilmurry Roundabout (with the Kilmurry Lodge Hotel on your right).
- Take the 3rd exit at the Kilmurry roundabout and continue to the T junction.
- At the T junction turn right onto Plassey Park Road.
- Take the immediate first left (look for a tall white sign that reads “IDA” and a small red sign with “Kilmurry Village” on it). This is the Limerick Business Centre
- Take the third right into a carpark.
- You will see Chiren Therapy Centre above a white door next to a playground.
- We are upstairs.
- There is a lift at the door
- Chiren Therapy Centre is the last door on the right.
From Limerick
- Take Dublin Road R445 to Kilmurry Roundabout (at Kilmurry Hotel). Turn first exit at the Kilmurray roundabout and continue to a T junction.
- At the junction turn right onto Plassey Park Road.
- After 75m take the first left (look for the sign for Unigolf/Kilmurry Village/Conack Construction).
- Take the third right turn into a car park.
- You will see the sign for Chiren Therapy Centre at the end of the car park next to a playground above a white door.
- We are upstairs.
- There is a lift at the door.
- Chiren Therapy Centre is the last door on the right hand side.
